ASSET INTEGRITY

Customised corrosion control treatments to protect assets during the entire lifecycle – from wellbore to surface facility. Our solutions include a full suite of specialty chemicals combined with system modelling and detailed risk assessments to evaluate fluids, temperatures, pressures, and conditions. Corrosion inhibitors are available in water-soluble, oil-soluble, high-shear, high-temperature, and pressure-stable formulations-including inhibitors certified for umbilical use in offshore and subsea environments.
Also covers: MIC control, biomass accumulation prevention, biogenic sulfide suppression, iron/manganese control, and microbiologically induced corrosion (MIC) risk assessment.

FLOW ASSURANCE

Our flow assurance chemicals address every deposition and flow-restriction mechanism across the full production system. Paraffin inhibitors reduce or eliminate paraffin-induced pads at separator interfaces and downhole depositions — and reduce the pour point of paraffinic crude oils to meet pipeline contract specifications. Asphaltene inhibitors and dispersants provide a customised chemical application process that mitigates the risks related to unstable asphaltenic crude. Low-dosage hydrate inhibitor (LDHI) programs control hydrates at lower dosage rates than traditional methanol or glycol inhibitors, lowering logistics costs and reducing start-up time on systems with multiple tiebacks.
